FuturaFeederLine:How the device works
L’FFDL-300
FuturaFeederLine is a flexible feeding
system ,which which
feeds and distributes the products on a plane with controlled
movements of advancement and inclination of the negative and
positive plane with respect to the base. The device was created to be integrated with a vision system and a Robot. The Robot, with the information received from the vision system, decides the strategies to have the presence in the work area of pieces that can be taken. If the pieces are correctly oriented, the Vision system supplies the coordinates and the orientation of these components to the Robot, which starts the Pick_Place operations. On the other hand, if there are pieces in the work area, but not oriented correctly, the feeder moves the pieces so that they can be picked up by the robot. The device has servo-controlled axes inside that allow you to feed and move the pieces, which are not available to the robot. The management of the axes and the auxiliary devices is done through a PLC, contained inside, where the control and communication programs with the external devices reside. There is also an Operator Panel (P.O.), connected to the PLC, through which it is possible to make a preliminary setup of the feeder device without the need to connect a PC or robot. Through P.O. it is possible to set the working parameters of the axes and perform advancement and handling cycles to optimize the system with the most suitable parameters for the product to be fed. There is also a diagnostic that allows you to quickly identify any system anomalies. |
